Post - Cancer Tiredness

Interesting article here.

I've always thought how lucky I was to be working from home when I went back to work after my surgery and how exhausted I was during chemotherapy. I don't know where I'd have been without my naps!

Not sure what the excuse is now ;)

Healthy or poorly, you should get your naps.

It freaks me out when I'm in the UK and everyone's expected to go from 9 to 5.

In Libya we start at 7.30, work until 2.30, have a big lunch, and then sleep until dusk. The late afternoon's too hot for work anyway.

I agree - one of the advantages of working at home is being able to slope off for some shuteye. I still put ( more than) the hours in - just earlier and later.
