A Life More Than Half-full!

I've have a routine colonoscopy on Monday. Not anything anyone looks forward to but given my medical history, something that, although I've been through it several times before, is a bit-nerve-wracking.

Tomorrow is the fireworks part ( don't worry, tomorrow's SP will be discreet!) but for today, a restticted diet. I know from previous experience what's best for me. The cake is today's treat - and the jelly babies are for tomorrow!

We can beat bowel cancer!

Hard Drive

Day 315 - Hard Drive by Menage a Moi
Day 315 - Hard Drive, a photo by Menage a Moi on Flickr.

My 6 year old iMac died on me last week and has been deemed irrepairable by the Apple Store. In itself it's not a problem - it was all backed up anyway and as you can see, I've removed the drive so I can still access it. But it did still make me think - that computer has been a "witness" to so much of my life since 2006 when I was still very ill. I still remember the delivery...

I think I'm going to write some more about this.
